Dispatch, Delivery & Returns Policy
We understand the importance of special occasions and therefore make it our priority to dispatch on the same weekday if the order is placed before 13:00 or the very next weekday on orders placed after 13:00.
We also offer a range of postal services, all order will be sent by 2nd class post, however if your order is required within a day or two, we also offer a range of alternative services:

- Free 2nd class UK delivery (inc. Northern Ireland) – You will receive your parcel within 5 working days
- 1st class UK delivery £3.99 (inc. Northern Ireland) – You will receive your parcel within 3 working days
- Express UK delivery £9.95 – You will receive your parcel within 2 working days
- £15.00 – Guaranteed Saturday delivery (UK only) before 12:00
- £20.00 – Europe Zone 1 Standard (3 – 7 days) (up to 2,000g)
- £22.50 – Europe Zone 2 Standard (3 – 7 days) (up to 2,000g)
- £25.00 – Europe Zone 3 Standard (8 – 12 days) (up to 2,000g)
- £35.00 – Rest of World (ROW) Standard (8 – 12 days) (up to 2,000g)
- Weights above & beyond the above list will be quoted on an individual basis

Working days are Monday – Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
The above delivery dates are for mainland addresses and should only be used as a guide. They are updated daily and are pretty accurate for most parts of the country but if you live in a remote area or in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries, or for any other reason.
Cancelling Your Order
To cancel your order(s) please contact us as soon as possible on 01283 808 611, or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the words ‘Cancel Order’ in the subject box.
If you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days. We will be happy to help you arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. We do advise you to check goods upon arrival and note on the courier’s paperwork of damages.
If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us may incur the postage charge.
We want you to shop in total confidence and your shopping experience to be as easy as our returns policy. If you purchase anything from us and it’s not exactly what you wanted, please return them unused and in its original packaging and condition within 28 days and we’ll refund your purchase in full (minus postage).
